Elder Chris Crouse – The Trinity
Understanding how the Father, Son, and Spirit are three yet one is challenging. Elder Chris turns to Scripture, not earthly analogies, to explain the Trinity. God, who is one, true, and living God, sees ahead and provides for our needs—our salvation being the ultimate example. Each person of the Trinity shares the same attributes. When God said, ‘Let us make man in our image,’ He spoke to Himself. Elder Chris likens the Father to an architect, the Son to a builder and redeemer, and the Spirit to an enlivener. But though distinct, they are inseparable. He proclaims that when it comes to our salvation, being in Christ’s hand means we are eternally secure, for the Trinity cannot be broken.
