Elder Philip Conley – 2 Corinthians 5:21
Elder Philip considers 2 Corinthians 5:21 “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” While we believe and rejoice in this, it is difficult to fully understand. We would need to understand the Godhead fully, the depths of our depravity, and the heights of love to fully understand this verse. Elder Philip turns to the cross to reveal just a little more of who he is, how he felt, what it meant to him, and what it means to us.
