Elder James Allen -Unfeigned Faith
Paul writes to young Timothy from a Roman prison. He remembers the unfeigned faith that lives in Timothy. Elder James explains that faith is given to us when we are born again, and likens it to a muscle. Though faith may be hard to see at first, as we exercise it, it becomes more evident. It is strengthened when we attend church, read our Bibles, and pray. Paul then instructs Timothy to share with the church what Jesus has done for us: we are no longer under the law of sin and death, and we have a home in Heaven.
