Elder Chris Crouse – The Pleasure, Counsel and Purpose of His Will
In Ephesians Chapter 1 we find writings about the pleasure, counsel and purpose of God’s will. He writes about the nature of several spiritual blessings and were they come from. Elder Chris examines each of these blessings including his choosing us, predestinating us to be adopted into God’s family. He points out that this is secure since to disown us would require disowning His son which will never happen. The Apostle Paul goes on to write that when Christ died for us, he redeemed or freed us from the power of Satan, bringing us captive to Christ. We look forward to when Christ gathers us home, all being to His praise and good pleasure.
