Elder Chris Crouse – Romans: Paul’s Systematic Theology, Chapter 14, Part 2, The Judgment Seat Of Christ
The Apostle Paul builds on the first part of Romans 14 regarding those that are weak in the faith and the responsibilities of those that are strong to bear those that are weak. He asks why one would judge a brother that is weak and reminds us that we all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. This weak one is an individual that Christ died for, and the strong are to be careful as they are judged daily for the sins they have committed themselves. He encourages us to not put a stumbling block before a brother, but rather focus on things of peace and build up and encourage others.
