Elder Chris Crouse – Consider The Ant
Elder Chris points out there are typically two extremes when it comes to financial matters. One side holds more than necessary and the other spends everything. The word of God teaches a balance between the two. In Proverbs, Solomon writes to consider the ant who has no ruler, but goes out to collect food in preparation for the winter. Elder Chris explains that like the ant, we are to be wise and store up for the winter that will come in our lives. While we take care of our needs, we must find the balance with the needs of others and the house of God.
